Welcome to Varnika Prints ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website varnikaprints.in, placing an order, or using any of our services (including Custom Designs, DTF Printing, and Screen Printing), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order

3. Products & Custom Orders

  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color/print may occur due to screen display or printing process (DTF/Screen Printing)
  • For Custom Design orders, you confirm that you own the rights to any artwork, logo, or design you submit, or have permission to use it. We are not liable for copyright/trademark issues arising from customer-submitted designs
  • We reserve the right to refuse any custom design that is offensive, illegal, infringes on intellectual property, or violates our content guidelines

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are listed in ₹ INR and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment must be completed at checkout before order processing begins
  • For bulk/custom orders, we reserve the right to request advance payment before production starts

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before production/printing begins
  • Once printing has started (especially for Custom Design and Screen Printing orders), cancellation may not be possible as materials/labor are already committed

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available Link to policy page

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including logos, designs, images, and text (excluding customer-submitted custom designs) — is the property of [Prints] and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission
  • By submitting a custom design to us, you grant us permission to print and produce the product as requested, but retain ownership of your original artwork

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit designs that are offensive, defamatory, or infringe on third-party rights
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website's functionality

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tadepalligudem.
