Design Upload Guidelines

File Quality

Upload your design in high resolution (300 DPI/PPI) for the sharpest, most accurate print clarity
Supported formats: PNG (transparent background), PDF, AI, or SVG
For designs with intricate curves or fine details, use vector files (AI/SVG) — they scale perfectly without losing quality
Convert all text to outlines/curves before uploading, so fonts don't shift or get replaced during printing

Design Best Practices

Keep your design bold and simplified — avoid fine lines, heavy gradients, and overly detailed artwork, especially for smaller print sizes
Avoid uploading full photographs or intricate patterns, as these may not reproduce cleanly on fabric
Use clear, legible fonts with a minimum size of 10pt to ensure readability after printing
We recommend designing in CMYK color mode for the most accurate color output on print

Usage Rights

Only upload original artwork or designs you have licensed rights to use
Designs containing copyrighted or trademarked content require proof of usage rights before we can proceed with printing

We perform a basic quality check on every uploaded file, but final responsibility for design alignment, spelling, and positioning lies with the customer.
